ARRIVE Albuquerque Sets 2025 Debut

A revitalized hotel in downtown Albuquerque is set to open in 2025. ARRIVE Albuquerque is located at 8th and Central, along Route 66. The building was originally built in 1965 as the Downtowner Motor Inn, and most recently The Hotel Blue. The exterior of ARRIVE Albuquerque is reminiscent of the historic exterior of the Downtowner Motor Inn. The new boutique hotel will include six stories, 135 guestrooms, meeting spaces, a ground-level coffee shop and bar and new landscaping. A neon sign harkens back to historic Route 66.

ARRIVE Albuquerque is located within walking distance of the Albuquerque Convention Center, offering another hotel for meeting and convention attendees to stay. It is also located near top Albuquerque attractions, including the KiMo Theatre, the ABQ BioPark and historic Old Town.
