Canopy by Hilton Coming to Downtown Louisville
Just one block up from historic Whiskey Row, the new Canopy by Hilton Downtown Louisville will be coming to Bourbon City early 2025. The $75 million, 168-key hotel is Just a walk away from Kentucky Bourbon Trail distilleries, the Kentucky International Convention Center, and the KFC Yum Center Arena – the area’s premier entertainment facility for concerts and sports. The property will include a rooftop pool and bar offering crafted cocktails and bites along with an in-house restaurant helmed by one of Louisville’s most celebrated restauranteurs. Bourre Bonne Steakhouse by Kevin Grangier will redefine the dining experience in Kentucky with its bourbon-inspired menu and elevated atmosphere. Additional onsite amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center with a press juice bar and more than 5,100 square feet of meeting space, including a rooftop ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views of Louisville.
