Explore Flint & Genesee Events and Attractions this Holiday Season

Wintertime in Michigan may bring thoughts of cold days spent huddled up by the fire, but that would mean missing out on all the fun to be had in Flint and Genesee County, Michigan.  

“There are so many reasons to visit Flint & Genesee between festivals and events, and amazing attractions to entertain the whole family,” says Amari Steward, executive director of Explore Flint & Genesee. “We welcome people to come for a day or a weekend this winter and experience what Genesee County has to offer.”  

This year, Flint and Genesee County are preparing for an influx of visitors in the area, whether it’s individuals coming home to visit or families looking to discover something new. According to Tourism Economic County Data for 2024, visitor spending increased by 7.6% from 2023, leading Explore Flint & Genesee to predict that this trend will continue.
