Blooming Peonies: Late May – Early June

Location: University of Michigan Nichols Arboretum, Ann Arbor

Each year, over 800 colorful and aromatic peonies blossom in the W.E. Upjohn Peony Garden, alongside 10,000 more blooms across Nichols Arboretum. This vibrant, free spring activity is a great way to spend a day solo, or with family and friends. It’s just a short drive from downtown Ann Arbor for dinner and late-night fun. Location: Riverside Park, Ypsilanti

Spend a morning with Zion Well founders, Art + Aubrey, for an all-levels yoga class alongside the scenic Huron River at Riverside Park.
