In 2027, Hilton plans to welcome an exciting collection of new hotels around the globe, including brand debuts in more than 30 countries, reimaging historic landmarks and introducing distinctive stays in some of the world’s most compelling cities and resort locations.

Highlights include:

  • NoMad Detroit (Early Spring 2027), Hilton’s first luxury lifestyle hotel in the United States, set within the iconic Michigan Central Station. The 176-room hotel will blend the station’s Beaux-Arts heritage with NoMad’s sense of place and design elements celebrating Detroit’s local artists and makers. It will feature a signature restaurant, library/lobby bar and lounge and spa.

  • Waldhaus Flims Grand Resort & Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton (Spring 2027), a historic Swiss retreat dating back to 1877 and set within Switzerland’s largest hotel park. The 143-room resort will offer access to more than 235 kilometers of skiing in winter, hiking through the Rhine Gorge and surrounding mountains in summer, a spa with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and a natural swimming pond, and dining and event spaces.

  • Motto by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown (Q2 2027), marking the brand’s arrival in Indianapolis. Located within the historic King Cole Building, the 116-room lifestyle hotel will draw on the building’s history as the former home of the Kahn Tailoring Company through thoughtfully integrated design, flexible guest rooms and locally inspired programming. The property will also feature a signature restaurant, lobby café, and rooftop bar.

  • Maison Dupuy New Orleans French Quarter, Curio Collection by Hilton (Q2 2027), Hilton’s first hotel located firmly within New Orleans’ historic French Quarter. Created by joining five historic townhouses on the site of the nation’s first cotton press, the 200-room property will be transformed into a French Modern retreat with a lush courtyard, swimming pool, lobby "cabaret" lounge and plans to bring Dominique’s Restaurant & Bistro Bar back to the quarter.

  • Hilton Lopud Beach Resort & Spa (Spring 2027), a secluded beachfront retreat on Croatia’s picturesque Lopud Island, offering a peaceful Adriatic escape a short ferry ride from Dubrovnik. The resort will feature 111 rooms and suites, each with balconies or terraces, dining experiences, an outdoor pool and spa and wellness facilities.

  • Waldorf Astoria Sydney (Q3 2027), the brand’s Australian debut at Circular Quay, with panoramic views of the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour. Chef Curtis Stone will lead the culinary vision for the hotel’s signature dining program, marking his first restaurant project in Australia.

  • Waldorf Astoria Tokyo Nihonbashi (Autumn 2027), the brand’s debut in Japan’s capital. Occupying nine floors of a landmark mixed-use development in the historic Nihonbashi district, the hotel will feature 197 rooms, three restaurants, Peacock Alley, an indoor pool, luxury spa and fitness center.
