Celebrate the holiday season at Tampa’s Winter Village, located in Downtown Tampa. Presented by the Tampa Bay Lightning in Curtis Hixon Park, this Winter Wonderland features festive activities for the whole family to enjoy. Watch Curtis Hixon transform into the sights, sounds, and all-around holiday flare.
Guests can enjoy a cup of hot cocoa at the Café at Winter Village and try their hand, or foot, at ice skating. Families are welcome to stroll around and shop at the pop-up boutiques featuring local makers and purveyors offering unique gifts for everyone on your list. Take on the Olympic sport of curling or hop aboard the Winter Village Express and enjoy cookies and milk accompanied by group trivia and sing-a-longs.
All season long, visitors can experience special events such as the Curtis Hixon Park Choo Choo for the kiddos, watch the holiday classics on the lawn, or see if you’ve been naughty or nice with a visit with Santa Claus. The City of Tampa’s Santa Fest returns followed by the annual tree lighting. Viewers can catch a glimpse of the twinkling lights along the Hillsborough River during the Holiday Lighted Boat Parade.
