New hotel opening: Canopy by Hilton Toronto Yorkville - Opening Feb 2023 Coming this Fall is the Canopy by Hilton Toronto Yorkville, the first Canopy by Hilton in Canada. The hotel, which is part of the new mixed-use Rosedale on Bloor building, will feature 178 rooms, an indoor pool, restaurant and cafe. The property will reflect the vibrant energy of the Yorkville neighborhood by bringing in local elements through design, art, food and beverage in signature Canopy style.
