This November, the Rainbow Rose Center in York, Pennsylvania, invites the community to come together in celebration, reflection, and connection. From honoring lives lost during the Transgender Day of Remembrance to supporting local artisans at the Inclusive Holiday Bazaar, these events embody the Center’s mission of fostering inclusion, equity, and belonging for all LGBTQIA+ individuals. Alongside these gatherings, statewide initiatives and community events continue to strengthen Pennsylvania’s commitment to visibility and advocacy, creating spaces where everyone can feel safe, supported, and celebrated.
Rainbow Rose Center’s Transgender Day of Remembrance

The community come together this November 22 to remember those who have lost their lives as a result of violence against transgender individuals. Join us for an evening honoring those we have lost and hear stories from local trans community members at our Transgender Day of Remembrance event. Listen to the voices of those who continue to fight each day for the right to be their authentic selves. And unite as we continue to be the voice for those gone to soon. Rainbow Rose Center’s 4th Annual Inclusive Holiday Bazaar
November 29 (Small Business Saturday), 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Bond, 134 E. King Street, York, PA 17402
This event will include dozens of vendors with a wide variety of items. There will be a local tattoo artist doing flash tattoos. ETeam Show Productions and Hope Project will be providing a dessert table. A community member will bring a keyboard and play Christmas music; sing-alongs are encouraged. The Rainbow Rose Center will have new merchandise available for purchase and host silent auction items.

Comic Store West, 2111 Industrial Highway, York PA 17402, hosts a Rainbow Family Gaming event every last Saturday of the month, 5-10 p.m. It’s family gaming in a LGBTQIA+ safe space.
