Coming back again this New Year’s Eve is the can’t miss event, Highmark First Night Pittsburgh 2023. First Night Pittsburgh is a free New Year’s Eve party that utilizes all 14 square blocks of Pittsburgh’s Downtown Cultural District. There are events for partygoers of all ages. With the option of either a dance or dining cruise, the New Year’s Eve Cruise options are a great way to celebrate. Both the New Year’s Eve Dinner Cruise and the New Year’s Eve Dance Cruise offer a variety of music, a beautiful view of the city skyline, snacks and refreshments. Participants must be 21 or older to board the dance cruises, but there are not age restrictions for the New Year’s Eve Dinner cruise.
