The holiday season in Plano brings a full lineup of events that make the city come alive with festive energy. Downtown Plano offers some of the city’s most festive and loved holiday celebrations. On Saturday, December 6, 2025, Dickens in Downtown Plano returns, bringing an old-fashioned Christmas atmosphere with live entertainment, carolers, and festive treats. The following weekend, on Saturday, December 13, 2025, the Plano Holiday Parade marches through Downtown Plano with floats, community groups, and plenty of holiday spirit. These cherished traditions highlight Plano’s seasonal celebrations and create a welcoming space for the community to gather.

Holiday shoppers will find plenty to enjoy at Plano’s seasonal markets and light displays. The season kicks off with Neath the Wreath, November 6–9, 2025, featuring hundreds of vendors offering gifts, decor, and treats. On Saturday, November 22, 2025, the Christmas Bazaar and the Plano Holiday Market give visitors the chance to browse local goods and handmade items, with the Holiday Market continuing through Sunday, November 23, 2025. For dazzling displays, Lights on the Farm at the Heritage Farmstead Museum runs November 28–December 28, 2025, and Lights at Legacy returns on November 23, 2025.
