York and Adams counties are home to a vibrant and growing LGBTQIA+ community, and the Rainbow Rose Center is at the heart of it all. Dedicated to fostering inclusion, equity, and wellbeing, the center provides vital resources, safe spaces, and affirming events that help individuals and families thrive. From support groups and family meet-ups to cultural celebrations and inclusive gatherings, Rainbow Rose Center creates opportunities for connection and empowerment year-round, ensuring that LGBTQIA+ people and allies alike feel welcome and supported in their everyday lives.
Rainbow Rose Center fosters an environment of inclusion, equity, and health where all LGBTQIA+ community members thrive in York and Adams counties. The center envisions an inclusive community where all individuals of York and Adams counties feel safe and welcome in their everyday lives.

Teen Support Group
Rainbow Rose Center is now offering a Teen Support Group. This new group will exclusively be held virtually. This group is offered every 2nd Sunday of the month from 5 to 6 p.m. You only need to register for this group once. A link to the meeting will be emailed the Friday before the meeting.

Quarterly Queer Family Meet-up event
Queer Families, This New Event is For You! Join us on August 30 for our first Quarterly Queer Family Meet-up event. The August Meet-Up will be from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at Kids Kingdom Park, 4601 Grandview Rd in Hanover, PA.
The focus of this group is for LGBTQIA+ identified parents and families to get the opportunity to meet and socialize in a community space. This event is open to allies in addition to all members of the LGBTQIA+ community!
This event is for families with children under 18 years of age. Children 14 years old or under must be accompanied by a caregiver. Please fill out the registration form with your family's information for this event.

Gender Diverse Support Group
1st and 3rd Saturdays, 6-7:30 p.m.
Meets on Zoom and in person: A hybrid format to meet everyone's needs! You must register to receive the Zoom link. Zoom links will be emailed two days before sessions (Thursday afternoon). Please sign up by end of day the Wednesday before to be included.

This support group is for Transgender, Non- Binary, and/or Gender Diverse individuals who are 18+ and looking for support from fellow Gender Diverse peers. This group provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for the Gender Diverse community.
You will have the opportunity to discuss personal experiences, challenges specific to being Gender Diverse in a cis-normative world and receive information on how to thrive in an adverse society. You are not required to speak or share any information you are not comfortable with. What is said in group stays in group, and each group member will sign a privacy agreement.
